ABOUT VALLI
Three hardworking immigrants from southern Italy established Valli Produce in 1989. Alfredo Presta came to America in 1966 and became involved in the produce business, opening a small produce market in the city. Later, in 1970 when his nephews, Lou Tenuta and Frank Chilelli emigrated from Italy, the three, combined with their entrepreneurial spirit, pooled their assets and opened Valli Produce. (read more)
